Well , i think that MacDonald are using the right information systems for their companies for example by using the TPS it let the employees have more time for their customers and it also help them by saving time with applying this system , its faster and more accurate to enter any data .
by using the DSS it helps the company choose or make the right decisions based on the quality of the data MacDonald has used WiFi in their restaurants to gather information about customer practice and lengths of stay and sales, i think they were really brilliant with this idea with using this system they can easily know how much the customers are staying and the more they stay which means they are satisfied. And i think by using the MIS the managers of MacDonald can easily look for future oriented .
