In the future we would want additional information systems to be implemented at MacDonald’s for example:
A system that helps people to order online and screen in the McDonalds restaurant that show the place that the person order from which will help them to reduce time by knowing people places and to deliver it from the nearest branch of McDonalds to person house. Also they can include a screen for customers to see if there is any meal isn’t available in the kitchen and that will make customers more satisfied rather than wait for too long for other customers to order and when their turn comes to order then find out that the meal they wanted is out of stock, it will make them irritated. And it is going to be more better for customers if they found MacDonald’s table have a screen when they set their and they can choose what they want from the screen on the table then what they ordered will be given to them. Next mobile phone system, it is like your mobile have a menu of what MacDonald’s meals and you can choose your order from it and it will send your information to the nearest MacDonald’s branch and gives you the way to your nearest MacDonald’s location and you can go and pick it up. A system about collecting customers feedback and suggestions and analyzing it to make the customers more satisfied by fixing any problem that customers faced while dealing with buying a meal or something.
Finally a system for MacDonald’s customers for who want to have his information registered there and they can get MacDonald’s card and use it whenever they buy something from there and when they get into a buying for some amount of money they are allowed to get promotions or discounts so that will make customers more loyal for MacDonald’s.

Loving the new grilled chicken wraps as I am dieting so when the I can also order with the family but I would love a multi grain or wholemeal wrap with a lite aoli or mayonnaise so it would be totally guilt free and please keep them on the menu! Thanks

About ten years ago McDonald's had a salad in a cup with a dome lid. when you got your salad you just poured your dressing on the top and shook it a little. You had different kinds of salads and they were delicious. Much better than some of the ones you have now. Even though I enjoy some that you have now. I would love to see those salads come back. thanks
when I was with my first love (that's 16 years ago) there was a limited time flavor honey dew shake. Even Singapore has a honey dew mcflurry but why are American mcdonalds so boring. they only have vanilla, chocolate strawberry. and the seasonal shamrock or egg nog. I Think mcdonalds should definitely bring back the honey dew shake. I don't know why you guys ever got rid of it or why it even was temporary that was the best flavor shake you've had. But even Japan has a pineapple flavor shake. I wish that American mcdonalds had as much diversity as the foreign micky D's

I would like them to get rid of the monitoring software they have that allows them to block websites. This has kept me from being able to do my homework and online work. With all the bills I have and how expensive high speed internet is nowadays I cannot afford it.

With the new self ordering keiosks it would be very helpful if completed orders were posted on that large screen. They wold greatly help the hard of hearing waiting for their number to be called.
It would also help they clean the kiosks time to time. CDC and the NY Times reported fecal bacteria on ALL McDonald's kiosks across the country.Ever since they were sold to another company the quality of service and food as greatly diminished, including janitorial services. McDonald's is now bacteria haven. They are nasty and I have never seen a worker wash their hands after using the bathroom. Corporate should look into these franchises because not only are they losing customers and credibility, they are losing employees as well. Corporate needs to hold these franchises accountable.

Take some of the pepper out of sausage gravy..it's waaay too much for most people. I have gerds if I eat it I will suffer so I had to give it up. Let us add our own pepper to taste.

My suggestion is that you get a McDonalds card and when you buy a full meal for instance big Mac you get 6 points and so forth .The bigger the price for the meal the more points to gain and when you have close to 150 points you can then buy a meal with those points .
I haven't been to a McDonald's for at least a year. Why? cold soggy french fries. I wandered into a Burger King about a year ago and that was the end of McDonald's for me. Burger King has really great french fries, they are bigger, saltier and tastier and they are HOT HOT and because they are bigger the stay hot. I truly don't miss McDonald's a bit. I read about all the money they are losing, all they have to do is serve HOT FRIES.
How about instead of ketchup packets that you can't get all the ketchup out. Use the same concept of bbq sauce containers

My suggestion to bring in more customers for the vegan and healthy weight watchers options bring in baked sweet potato fries or deep fry if needed i think it would attract new customers and you might be the first in fast food to do this.

The most inconsistent item, in my opinion, is the iced coffee. I would love to see McDonald's implement "chilling" into the process. I know the coffee is brewed with ice, but once it's finished, the coffee is still too warm. When I'm handed a cup with an inch to 2 inches of small ice cubes floating at the top, I know it will not be a good cup of coffee. It's not a question of whether they filled the ice to the line, but rather the ice has melted due to the temperature of the coffee. The melted ice waters down the drink and is the equivalent of a Coke which has sat until the ice melted. Not a good drink at all. Please implement "chilling" of the coffee before serving.
